Like most of his collaborations with the Beaverton-based sportswear brand, this signature shoe of the Houston-born rapper and music artist has been met with plenty of fanfare due to its limited nature and the hype surrounding La Flame’s collaborative projects, paying homage to his routine performing one hit song after another. Headlining the Autumn ‘24 launch calendar, this Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack University Red presents a utilitarian-inspired makeover decked out in an earthy colour palette, a nod to Travis’ signature colourways.
This limited-edition titled the CJ1 T-Rexx boasts a blacked-out canvas underlay with mocha brown suede overlays donning a smooth, premium finish. The signature reverse Swoosh on the lateral quarter panel features hairy suede materials for contrast. Jumpman Crown logos decorate the tongue, while Cactus Jack smiley branding embellishes the heel. The forefoot strap flaunts a 3D embroidered symbol, which spells “TS” as a reference to the rapper’s initials. Co-branded graphics animate the sockliners, adding depth to the sneaker’s well-rounded design. The black rubber sole displays a white wear-away “Jack” label. This sneaker includes a special-edition box with a premium tote bag and three sets of extra laces.
